About All Over Printing on Sub-Tees

The process used to produce our all over print orders is dye sublimation.  This is a printing technique that features full color edge to edge printing of images onto numerous different materials.  This is done by using heat and pressure to convert dye particles into a gas which is then transferred to the garment.  The dye is then absorbed by the garment leaving a permanent, vivid image with a soft to the touch feel.

When Using the Design it is Important to Remember

-The dotted line is the approximate location of the edge of the shirt and collar.  Keep any text or logos that must be seen well inside this line.

-Any design or background that you do want to print off the edge of the shirt needs to extend to the outer line of the bleed area.

-You can set the background color of the shirt to any color you want, however, please realize it will not come out a completely solid color.  Expect to see some white where creasing occurs.

-Have fun and get creative!

Expected Results

Single-sided, all-over prints will show the bare garment color on the non-printed side.

Expect to have smudges and blurs over seams, as well as areas of creasing near the edges.  Solid color backgrounds will make this more noticable.

Designs that are planned around these limitations help to enhance the look of the shirt and leave you with a better looking product.
